EventResidences.com is a service jointly owned and operated by Novus Sententia, Inc. and Ticket Pros USA and contains material which is derived in whole or in part from material supplied by EventResidences, and other sources, and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this site including code and software. You may download material from this site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

Terms of Use Agreement
This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services available under the domain and sub-domains of www.EventResidences.com and the general principles for the websites of our subsidiaries and affiliates. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our services.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may become a member of EventResidences.

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on our site. This Agreement is effective on July 4th, 2002.

Membership Eligibility
Our services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors or to temporarily or indefinitely suspended EventResidences members. If you are a minor, you can use this service only in conjunction with your parents or guardians. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services. Further, your EventResidences account (including feedback) and User Id may not be transferred or sold to another party. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.

Fees and Services  Joining, posting and searching sales on EventResidences is free at this time. We may in our sole discretion change or add to our fees at any time. In the event we introduce a new fee schedule, those fees will become effective immediately and apply to all services used from the date of the introduction of the new fee schedule. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with using our service and our website and all applicable taxes.

Sale Listings
You must be legally able to sell/lease/rent the item(s) you list for sale/lease/rent on our site. You must describe your item and all terms of sale on the listing page of our site. Your listings may only include text descriptions and other content relevant to your sale.

Fraud
Without limiting any other remedies, EventResidences may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our site.

EventResidences is a Venue
Our site acts as a venue to allow anyone to post home, condo or other dwelling rental listings. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items.

License to EventResidences
By posting sales, messages, uploading files, inputting data, or engaging in any other form of communication through this service, you are granting EventResidences a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to:

Use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, publicly perform or display any such communication. Sublicense to third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with respect to the communication. The foregoing grants shall include the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such communication, including but not limited to rights under copyright, trademark, servicemark or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction.

Identity Verification
EventResidences uses a veriety of techniques to identify our users when they register on our site. However, because user verification on the Internet is difficult, EventResidences cannot and does not confirm each user's purported identity.

Release and Limitation of Liability
Because we are a venue, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release EventResidences (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. Moreover, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall EventResidences or its subsidiary companies or affiliates shalle be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, EventResidences materials. You specifically acknowledge and agree that EventResidences is not liable for any incorrect, inaccurate, defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with any EventResidences services, material, or with any of EventResidences's terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the EventResidences online service.

Information Control
EventResidences does not control the information provided by other users that is made available through our system. You may find other user's information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution and common sense when using our site. Please note that there are also risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretense.

Notices and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infrigement.
Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to EventResidences. ALL INQUIRIES NOT RELEVANT TO THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE WILL RECEIVE NO RESPONSE.

EventResidences may provide links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by third parties. Neither EventResidences, subsidiary companies nor their affiliates operate or control in any respect any information, products or services on these third-party sites. The materials in this site and the third-party sites are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, EventResidences disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. EventResidences does not warrant that the functions of the site or contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site, including sales listings and bulletin boards, or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components. EventResidences does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in this site or in third-party sites in terms of their correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. You (and not EventResidences) assume the entire cost of all necessary maintenance, repair or correction.

Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by EventResidences, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the bulletin boards and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the bulletin boards, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.
